Tutti i modelli sono realizzati esclusivamente a mano. Ogni opera presenterà differenze tra ogni copia della stessa matrice. Da ogni matrice in gesso non si potranno produrre più di 20-25 modelli. Dove sarà richiesta una tiratura superiore, verranno creati più matrici in gesso e sarà necessario il rinfresco del prototipo. Ogni modello stampato, esclusivamente a mano, viene ritoccato e lasciato asciugare. Successivamente saranno cotti a temperature variabili dai 960° ai 1260° in funzione del tipo di creta utilizzata. Il modello sarà completato a seguito della sua patinatura, colorazione a pennello, confezione e montaggio su legno(realizzati a mano e personalizzati dallo stesso cliente in base al proprio arredo). Vista la personalizzazione di ogni modello e la bassissima tiratura e le evidenti differenze tra ogni pezzo, i modelli artistici finali possono essere considerato unici.



All of our models are crafted exclusively by hand, ensuring that each work is one-of-a-kind and displays slight variations between copies of the same matrix. We limit production to no more than 20-25 models per plaster matrix. If a larger print run is required, we will create additional plaster molds and refresh the prototype. Each printed model is also retouched by hand and allowed to dry before being fired at temperatures ranging from 960°C to 1260°C, depending on the type of clay used.After firing, each model is completed with patination and paintbrush coloring, and then carefully packaged and mounted on handmade wooden bases, customized by the customer to match their own decor. Due to the unique customization of each model, the low print run, and the variations between each piece, our final artistic models can truly be considered

one-of-a-kind.

下一阶段涉及模具的制作，可以使用石膏（用于陶瓷模型）或橡胶（用于水泥、雪花石膏或类似材料的铸造模型）。然后，对于水泥、大理石粉或雪花石膏模型，将材料浇入橡胶模具中，随后硬化（2小时），然后进行干燥、上色和将模型安装在木制底座上。对于陶土模型，阶段将是将陶泥手工浇注到空心模具中，修整、造型和相应的干燥（根据模型的大小和环境湿度，需要2-10天）。

在完全干燥后，“生陶泥”模型需要进行烧制，温度将根据陶土类型而异，从红陶或耐火红色陶的880-1000度到耐火白陶、瓷器和烧结陶的1300度。已烧制的模型的交货时间将根据烤炉的可用性而异。

烧制后，模型将被清除任何瑕疵、上色并安装在木制底座上。所有模型均可按要求包装和运输。此网站展示了一些已经生产好模具的模型，因此已生产的模型的交货时间自然会更快。
